Now completely able to be played in the game itself, editor no more

- The CO² and the nuclear waste producing power plants now do exactly that.
- Weather now influences Wind and Solar, altough given the fact that the weather is still very much random, it's kinda a mess
- Now you can decide all the stuff in the game itself, the editor doesn't need to be used anymore.
- Fixed a bug where a day had bot 24:00 and 0:00
- Unused Menus now vanish when not in use. Using a premade Plant? No customisation options! Using a non-polluter? No Pollution option.
